In our discussion, we spoke about how the legislature is restructuring the administrative cost funding in light of the economic impact of the pandemic. Here are the numbers discussed:

Sam Gibb, Vista School, shared what his school does to communicate with parents. They send one email weekly with links to the specific grade information so that parents aren't bombarded with a separate email for each child at the school. Link Here for an example of his school's email.

CS Lewis Academy's Student Membership policy has a section (page 4 under Exceptions) that provides for student attendance counts during times of "emergency." See policy here. This allows for student accounting so the ADM can be calculated.

The online system is being maintained June/July 2020 and will not be receiving updated trustland plans then, so funding may be delayed.
Cassie Hays, Terra Academy, shared the Google online platform that her school uses
USBE has also suspended state assessments.
It is unclear how that will affect pre-turnaround and turnaround status for schools. We will keep watching for further clarifying details.
