Biography

Chris Bleak is a partner at RRJ Consulting, where he represents clients before the Utah Legislature, state agencies, and local governments. He previously served as President and CEO of the Utah Association of Public Charter Schools and as Chief of Staff to the Speaker of the Utah House of Representatives. Chris has extensive experience in public education policy, government relations, and nonprofit governance and has served on several education and community boards.
